David Baer
General Superintendent / Member
David Baer has been an integral part of Milestone since 1995, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise. Initially serving as a Project Superintendent, David developed a deep understanding of quality construction practices and project management. Now as General Superintendent/Project Manager, he oversees the quality and scheduling of our projects. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence make him indispensable. David’s dedication and craftsmanship ensure our projects meet the highest standards, benefiting our clients and enhancing Milestone’s reputation for excellence in the construction industry.
Brian Gehris
Senior Project Manager / Member
Brian Gehris has been with Milestone since 1998 and brings over thirty years of construction experience to the role. A Wentworth Institute of Technology graduate, Brian’s extensive background includes positions as a carpenter and supervisor. For the past twenty-five years, he has excelled as our lead project manager. Additionally, Brian currently serves as the president of the Plan of NH Board, further highlighting his industry expertise and leadership.
Mark Goldstein

Mark Goldstein has been a part of Milestone since 1988. He brings over forty-seven years of construction industry experience. He serves on the Board of Directors for AIA New Hampshire, the U.S. Green Building Council, and the NH Architects & Engineers Emergency Response Task Force. Starting as a laborer, Mark gained invaluable firsthand experience, ascending through the ranks to develop a diverse and extensive background in project execution. His deep understanding of construction processes and commitment to excellence make him an indispensable asset to Milestone and its clients.
Matt Beaulieu

Matt Beaulieu has been with Milestone since 2002. He brings over twenty-five years of expertise in construction management. He effectively leads teams and coordinates on-site activities, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish. Matt excels in managing resources, subcontractors, and resolving challenges, while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards and project timelines. Geoff Lemay

Geoffrey Lemay has been with Milestone since 1996, starting as a laborer while in school and quickly advancing through the carpentry trades. In 2005, he transitioned to the office, leveraging his field experience in project management and planning. A graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology, Geoffrey combines his academic background in construction management with practical experience.

With over twenty years in the construction industry, John has demonstrated proficiency in various key aspects of construction project management. Dora Greco has been with Milestone since 2005. She is essential to the company’s smooth operation and financial health. She oversees key functions such as accounts payable and receivable, cost accounting, profit management, and general office administration. Human Resource Coordinator / Marketing
Nicole Leonard has been with Milestone since 2010, serving as the Human Resource Coordinator and managing all marketing efforts for the company. She plays a crucial role in overseeing contract coordination, handling owner and subcontractor agreements to ensure a smooth and efficient contract management process for projects. Her contributions are essential in streamlining operations, fostering a positive work environment.
Karen Beaulieu
Project Assistant
Karen Beaulieu has been with Milestone since 2017. She plays a vital role in supporting project management and coordination. She is responsible for reviewing, processing, and tracking submittals, RFIs, and other project-related items.
