Milestone Engineering & Construction, Inc. was selected to be the Construction Manager for the Watts Water Technologies new lead free foundry.

To meet customer demands and the lead free requirements that took effect in 2014, the WEFCO, Webster Valve Facility has expanded their existing foundry a total of 30,000 square feet.

The project consisted of construction of a new steel framed building addition with related sitework, and the interior build out of new state of the art no lead foundry. Milestone managed more than twenty five equipment vendors installing all of the mechanical components including the foundry, material storage and supply, and the environmental air quality systems.
