Challenges

The Franklin Pierce Intellectual Property Center is a 12,700 square foot addition to the University of New Hampshire School of Law. Opened on August 29, 2011, the building houses a large lecture hall, classroom, a board room, and numerous offices and conference areas as well as a large atrium suitable for receptions. The building was constructed on a fast track. Ground was broken in December 2010.

The new east entrance to the building is sited to take advantage of the southern exposure and provide natural light into the space.
