Milestone constructed this major renovation to the Law Offices of Sulloway & Hollis.
The first phase of the project included the complete restoration of the basement of 29 School Street to house the law library. Also included was the construction of a three-story elevator within the building to service all levels of the building.
The second phase of the project was the construction of a new lobby, reception area, and conference rooms at 9 Capitol Street. Sulloway & Hollis maintained all day-to-day operations during the entire construction schedule with minimum impact from the construction.
