Milestone constructed the Slusser Senior Center on the grounds of Houston Park for the Town of Hopkinton. The 7,000 square foot wood-framed building includes a function room, commercial kitchen, exercise rooms, arts room, offices, and a lounge. The building was construction with a major donation from Anne and Gene Slusser and donations from the community.

Milestone worked with the Town and the Committee to schedule work as funds became available. The project suffered a major setback on January 17, 2007, when an arsonist burned down the building while it was under construction. Milestone worked with the community to rebuild the building.
