NH Community Loan
Challenges
Milestone was construction manager for the construction and renovation of a three-building campus for the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund in Concord, New Hampshire. Milestone renovated two former houses and added a connecting addition to create a 14,000 square foot office building.
We then renovated New Hampshire Community Loan Fund’s existing offices at 6 and 8 Wall Street. The third phase included the complete renovation of a third building on their campus for office use.
