Lindt & Sprungli, Inc. USA Office Expansion
Challenges
Milestone was the Construction Manager for the Lindt & Sprungli (USA), new office and cafeteria addition. The project included a 40,000 square foot office addition, 15,000 square foot of office renovation and a new 10,000 square foot cafeteria, which included a full service kitchen.
The building was constructed under the LEED program and was awarded LEED Certification. The building shell utilized a foam panel to match the adjacent warehouse design, and new glass curtain wall systems.
