Milestone successfully completed an addition and renovation project for the showroom and offices of Bob Mariano Jeep Dodge. Throughout the construction phase, Milestone ensured uninterrupted sales and service operations for Mariano. They first constructed the new addition, enabling Mariano to begin using it before proceeding with the renovation of the existing facility. The renovation was designed by Warrenstreet Architects.

Milestone performed a complete renovation of the Lindt & Sprungli (USA), Inc. corporate offices in Stratham, New Hampshire, consisting of a 100,000 square foot warehouse expansion.

This fast-track project consisted of reconstruction of the entire site, relocating all parking areas in a phased construction program to keep the owner operational.

The work consisted of a substantial renovation of the entire office facility, the installation of a four-story elevator, construction of a new lobby, and expansion of existing office areas. The work was accomplished while maintaining all day-to-day functions of Lindt & Sprungli despite construction of an elevator addition, which penetrated through the existing roof.
