Milestone was the construction manager for the clubhouse renovations and additions for the Lake Winnipesaukee Golf Club. The project included the gutting of an existing clubhouse with a major reconstruction of the building. The project was completed under a very aggressive schedule during the winter shutdown of the golf course with work starting in October and a successful completion for a July fourth grand opening.

The building includes locker rooms, a proshop, a dining room, a bar, a kitchen, and clubhouse services along with an attached cart storage barn.

The project included extensive interior millwork and trim, which was installed by the superior craftsmen and finish carpenters of Milestone.
