Epsom Meeting House
Challenges
The Epsom Meeting House was saved from the wrecking ball when a group of concerned citizens raised the money to move the building.
Milestone worked with the citizens group to develop a plan to restore the meeting house and applied for Land and Conservation Heritage Partnership (LCHIP) funds.
The funds were awarded to the project and Milestone restored the entire exterior of the building, installing a new roof, restoring the steeple closing in the basement, and repairing and painting the exterior envelope.
