Concord Theatre
Challenges
Milestone was the Construction Manager for the recently completed Bank of New Hampshire Stage at the Concord Theatre. This historic renovation of a 1920’s theatre into a new entertainment venue was accomplished through a team effort by the Capitol Center for the Arts, the Duprey Companies, Dennis Mires, the Architects and Milestone. Milestone performed as CM from the earliest concept drawing through completion . Converting the Old Concord Theatre, which was once the Norris Bakery dating back to the Civil War era.
