Concord Boys & Girls Club
Challenges
Milestone completed the renovation and addition to the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Concord in six months. We worked with the owner on funding from a variety of sources. These included CDBG, CDFA and Bank funding.
The project consisted of a complete gut and renovation of the building, structural upgrades, a new addition, and a complete energy retrofit, as well as all new exterior and interior finishes. A new parking lot was constructed as well as a complete upgrade to Bradley Street.
