Milestone was the construction manager for the additions and expansion to Centra-larm Monitoring. Centra-larm is a twenty-four hour monitoring contractor for thousands of institutional clients such as banks and insurance companies, and residential clients as well.
Milestone constructed a major expansion to the building and then renovated the entire existing facility all while maintaining operations twenty-four hours a day.
The project included a new executive office, conference room, technical office space, a timber framed entry foyer, lunchroom facilities, and the complete renovation of the operator floors and electrical services.
