Brewster Academy – Toad Hall Dormitory
Challenges
Milestone constructed this 8,000 square foot dormitory and faculty residence housing on the campus of Brewster Academy. The faculty houses 24 students and four faculty families. Faculty apartments configurations include a four- bedroom townhouse, two-bedroom townhouse, three-bedroom handicapped accessibility flat and a three-bedroom flat.
