Bellwether Community Credit Union
Challenges
Milestone constructed this 3,000 square foot branch of the Bellwether Community Credit Union. Located in the new Bedford Hills commercial development on Route 101, the compact footprint incorporates an ATM, Kiosk dialog tower, drive up, offices, break room, bathrooms and waiting area. The building also has a geothermal heating and cooling system.
The building is constructed with a prefabricated wood frame. The exterior finish a combination of cement siding and trim and a shouldice masonry unit. The roofing is a standing seem metal.
