This “smart house” consists of three bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms, a home theater, a wine cellar, a pool room, office space, a gracious kitchen, and much more. The insulated panel home is heated and cooled using an eleven well closed loop geothermal system all tied into a central integral Crestron control system that monitors everything from the music piped throughout the house to the heated driveway apron.

Radiant heat and high velocity air insure comfort inside the house. The black walnut and cherry woodwork, wood and gas fireplaces, and custom lighting top off the ambiance.
