The Bank of New Hampshire (Laconia Savings Bank) downtown branch in Concord includes the restoration of the historic Woodman Building on North Main Street, a lobby addition to the rear of the building, and a new drive-up building.

Milestone worked as the construction manager with the bank as they acquired the Woodman Building, the former house of the Red Cross, and the adjacent vacated Cumberland Farms, and merged the two properties. The Cumberland Farms property previously included gas pumps and the groundwater at the site was contaminated. Milestone orchestrated the construction of the new building as the site was remediated.

Milestone also worked with the State Division of Historic Resources and the local Heritage Commission to restore the brick work on the Woodman Building.
