Milestone Engineering & Construction was the Construction Manager for the City of Concord’s, Concord City Wide Community Center Project. The project was a sizeable renovation and addition. It included a new gymnasium, locker rooms, kitchen, and meeting/function rooms to serve the community. A portion of the former Dame School was demolished, while about half of the building was completely renovated to serve the office, meeting space and community room.

Concord Park & Recreation operations offices, as well as many of the functions/events they hosted, were consolidated to one functional and convenient location for the community.
