Litchfield Town Hall
Challenges
Milestone constructed the Litchfield Town Office and Police Station. The 7,000 square foot single story building is wood-framed with a New England town hall appearance. The building includes all town office operations and the police department with sally port and holding cells. The building was constructed on a very tight budget and was not approved by the voters until the third public vote. Milestone worked with the building committee for all three of these bond issues until the project was approved.
