MacRury Hall at NHTI
Challenges
Milestone contracted the renovations to MacRury Hall on the campus of the New Hampshire Technical Institute (NHTI) for the Radiation, Imaging, and Biology Laboratories and Classrooms.
The project entailed the gut renovation of the 1960’s era structure and the complete renovation of the interior.
The project includes simulation labs for EMT’s with a mock ambulance, x-ray room, CT scan and laboratories.
The work was accomplished on a fast-track schedule under a construction management contract in order to meet the scheduling demands of NHTI.
